Internationally renowned by his works that challenge our perceptions and create a sense of estrangement on the core of reality, Leandro Erlich (Buenos Aires, 1973) presents the installation Puerto de Memorias at the at the MUNTREF Centro de Arte Contemporáneo, in his hometown.
Puerto de Memorias is a recreation of Leandro Erlich’s work called Port of Reflections, which he presented in 2014 in Korea. Now, Puerto de Memoria is being held on the quay of the River Plate, an ideal location to host this work, which is based on boats moored to a dock. For this occasion, the robotics area of the Master's degree in Electronics at UNTREF (Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero) developed the technological mechanisms used by the installation.
The exhibition can be visited until September 18th. For more information please visit MUNTREF’s website.
