On July 22^nd, 2016, Liliana Porter (Buenos Aires, 1941) is the invited Trustees' & Governors' Speaker of the 2016 Barbara Lee Lecture Series. The renowned annual series of the Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture, an intensive nine-week summer residency program for emerging visual artists, has had exceptional guests since its establishment in 2013, such as Roni Horn, Theaster Gates, Regina José Galindo, Luis Camnitizer, and Yoshua Okón, among others.
