The Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo opens, from April 8th, the exhibition Metrópole: Experiência Paulistana (Metropolis: Paulistana:.The experience). The collective exhibition presents about 80 works, including installations, paintings, photographs, videos and other medias and will occupy the entire Pina_Estação building.

Among the 33 artists selected by curator Tadeu Chiarelli are Caio Reisewitz (Sao Paulo, 1967) and Rafael Carneiro (Sao Paulo, 1986). Caio Reisewitz presents the work Ocupation, 2000 which is part of the MAM-SP collection. While Rafael Carneiro presents a painting and about thirty drawings. The works gathered by the curator intend to highlight the experience of living in São Paulo.
