Liliana Porter upcoming solo show will take place in SCAD Museum of Art (Savannah, USA). Untitled Other Situations and curated by Humberto Moro, the show opens on August 17th and gathers more than 30 artworks by the Argentinian artist. The exhibition design avoids linear grouping of the works presented while at the same time successfully highlights Porter’s artistic evolution over 5 decades of artistic practice.

Among the important pieces included are the photographies from the 1970s which tackles issues of space and the body as well as a series of prints referencing René Magritte's artistic legacy. The show also includes recent work such as those in which the artist employs miniatures of workers and statuettes to subtly approach themes of complexity of reality and self-awareness.
