Liliana Porter (Buenos Aires, 1941) and Regina Silveira (Porto Alegre, 1939) are participating in Radical Women: Latin American Art, 1960–1985, an exhibition curated by Cecilia Fajardo-Hill and Andrea Giunta taking place in the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles, USA, as part of Pacific Standard Time LA/LA 2017 program.

Inaugurating on September 15th, the show intends to re-examine experimental Latin-American art made by women artists between the 1960s to 1985, a key period in Latin America history and in the development of contemporary art. Among the artworks selected for the exhibition are Liliana Porter's Untitled (self-portrait with square),1973, and Regina Silveira's Biscoito Arte, 1973 as well as her series Arte de Desenhar, 1982.

Radical Women: Latin American Art, 1960–1985 runs until December 31st and can later be seen at the Brooklyn Museum (New York, USA) in April 2018.
