The legacy and wisdom of his ancestors also form the core of the installation Arqueologia Contemporânea [Contemporary Archaeology] (2024). The stones used in the work, considered sacred, were taken from the mountains and from Lake Atitlán, and underwent a fire ritual meant to imbue them with joy and mark their surfaces with signs of ancestral knowledge.
O legado e a sabedoria dos ancestrais são a essência da instalação "Arqueologia Contemporânea" (2024), da qual as pedras, consideradas sagradas, foram retiradas das montanhas e do Lago Atitlán, e passaram por um ritual com fogo para atribuir-lhes alegria e deixar-lhes as marcas impressas da sabedoria ancestral.
